Every Jesselli Couture product is backed by our quality craftsmanship and material and it is very important to us that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it to us for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt. 

Once you receive your order, please review the item prior to removing any tags or tickets, including the manufacturer's tag. If for any reason the product does not meet your expectations, you have 30 days to return the merchandise for a refund or exchange by requesting an RMA (return merchandise authorization). The product must be returned unused with the original tags and tickets still attached, in its original condition to qualify for a refund or exchange. Please also include your mail order packing invoice with the return.  Refunds are issued for the price of the product and any taxes. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

To request a return please e-mail us at jessellicouture.com and include your order number in the message. Your feedback is important to us so please include the reason for the return and any comments about the item.  

Price adjustments on previous purchases are not permitted.

When sending items to our Returns department, please be sure to ship your item by insured, traceable mail. This service is offered by UPS, USPS, and other carriers.  Please include a copy of your packing slip, and send to:
