When you add an item to your shopping bag we will advise you of the item's availability. If an item is immediately available you will see a message indicating the item is in stock, if an item is not available you will see a message indicating that the selected product is out of stock.

Orders are generally processed within 24 hours. If your Order Status indicates that your order has not yet shipped but the merchandise is in stock, this could be the result of one of the following:
• We were unable to obtain a proper credit approval for your purchase.
• We were provided a credit card billing address that could not be verified with your credit card issuer.
• Your order has a shipping address that differs from your credit card billing address and requires further verification.
Please note that it is important to provide a phone number that is registered with your credit card issuer at the time you place your order so that we may reach you to discuss any problems with your order. We use only verified phone numbers in an effort to further insure your order's security.
To purchase a gift certificate, simply click on the Gift Certificates link on any page on the site. If you wish to order several gift certificates to be sent to different addresses you must add each one to your shopping bag individually.
Sale Section Pricing
The sale section of our website contains clearance, overstock and discontinued products. Our standard shipping fees apply. Pricing during promotional periods is not applicable to prior purchases.
